Standard Cancellation Policy:
- Standard Group Tours: a full refund will be provided if cancelled/rescheduled up to 24 hours before the start of the tour, no refunds or rescheduling after that.
- Private Tours: a full refund will be provided if cancelled/rescheduled up to 7 days before the start of the tour, no refunds or rescheduling after that.
COVID-19 Related Exceptional Cancellation Policy:
- In case of government declared lockdowns and/or flights last minute cancellations due to imposed government restrictions, an alternative rescheduling date will be offered or a full refund will be provided at any time.
