How we plan the day, step-by-step
This itinerary is designed for minimal crowds and maximum enjoyment of the coastal highlights, ensuring you see the 12 Apostles before the rush.
STOP 1
Brown Lake
The first stop after arriving at this Paradise Island. Your tour guide will talk about the island and the historic and cultural importance of the Quandamooka People. Get refreshed and reenergized at the fresh waters of this beautiful lake.
STOP 2
Cylinder Beach
After a quick stop at Myora Springs, you go straight to the Northwest side of the island. This is a perfect lookout spot to take pictures and go for a walk at this paradisiacal beach.
STOP 3
The Gorge Walk
The big attraction of the day! On this 40-45 minute walk, you will enjoy the amazing views of the Coral Sea. There are great chances to spot manta rays, turtles, dolphins, and whales during their seasonal migration.
STOP 4
Point Lookout (Lunch)
It’s time for lunch (own expenses). You can bring your own lunch or buy takeaway and enjoy a picnic with amazing views.
STOP 5
Amity Point
It’s time to relax at the beach. Your tour guide will take you on a walk (secret place) to search for koalas in the wild. If koalas-spotting is not your thing, enjoy even more time at the beach.

Ferry & Return
After this amazing day, it’s time to take the ferry back to the mainland. Expected time of arrival in Brisbane is around 5:30 pm.
